Do you accept returns?
Please note carefully as our policy for new items differs from our policy on pre-owned items. NEW ITEMS: We have a 14 day return policy on new items. Items MUST be shipped back to us with the tags still in place and the item in the condition that it was received in. Refunds will not be give if the tags are removed and the item is not in the condition that it was sent. Buyers must contact WC2ORBUST for a pre-authorization. Buyers are responsible for return shipping. PRE-OWNED ITEMS: We only accept returns on pre-owned items if an item has been misrepresented. We will ONLY accept a return on a pre-owned item if there has been a mistake in the listing or if we have missed a defect. We do our best to describe our items accurately and items are checked for issues before they are listed and again before they are shipped. If there is a problem with the item ordered please contact us immediately upon receipt.

When will my package be sent?
Most items are shipped within 24 hours. In cases where personal or e-checks have to clear, the items are sent when the payment clears. If the purchases are not mailed within 48 hours we contact our buyers to make them aware of the delay. All items are sent via the United States Postal Service and all domestic items are sent with a delivery confirmation. You can usually expect to receive your order 3-5 days after it is shipped.

Do you combine shipping?
Yes, combined shipping and discounted shipping is offered on orders received from the same customer within a 24 hour period. The heaviest item ships at 100% of its shipping price, and each additional item ordered is discounted 50%. Insurance is recommended at the cost of $1.30 per $100.00 coverage.

Payment is due at the time of purchase.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, and Stripe. Please note that when e-checks are received via PayPal items will be shipped when the e-check clears. Credit cards are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal (A PayPal account is NOT required to process a credit card with PayPal).

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship to some international countries, but only to those where packages are insurable. Please contact us for a quote. We can invoice a customer but payment is expected before items ship.
